Founded in 1971, the St. Patrick Parade of Jefferson has been taking to the streets of Old Metairie for over fifty years in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. We proudly present a parade of over 100 floats, trucks, bands, marching clubs and all the throws you can get your hands on. It consists of 110 units featuring marching groups, floats and trucks distributing prized produce and St Patrick Day throws to all parade goers.
