As tens of thousands of visitors prepare to flood Savannah for the city’s famous St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, local officials are stressing the importance of planning ahead, especially when it comes to transportation and parking.City leaders have outlined several key tips for navigating the festivities, which are expected to draw large Tow to Go. AAA is offering its Tow to Go services for St. Patrick’s Day weekend, from 6 p.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Monday. It’s in an effort to keep impaired drivers from getting behind the wheel. The shuttle departs from Oak 36 restaurant and delivers you to a downtown Savannah location.
