Now in our 56th year, the Metropolitan St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee has grown from one small St. Patrick’s Day event to three public world-class events and a vibrant membership organization. The committee was founded with the goal of bringing the St. Louis area a celebration of Irish involvement in the American experience. McGlynn, Jr., Mo has worked on the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee since she was a teen. She first acted as Committee Chairperson in 1999 and 2000, and again in 2020 to set the tone for the next half-century.
