The rain date for the parade is scheduled for Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 12 noon. Registration has officially opened The Saint Patrick’s Day Parade will soon be marching through Springfield. The Carpentry Department at Putnam was awarded second prize in the Irish Theme at the 2023 Holyoke St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and has helped to build the float that the Springfield Colleen and her Court ride on during the Holyoke St. Patrick’s Day Parade for the past few years. The Irish Flag Raising will be held in conjunction with the Springfield St. Patrick’s Parade Committee on the City Hall steps at 10:30 a.m. immediately following the St. Patrick’s Day Mass.
