This year's parade grand marshal made a special visit to St. Agnes Cemetery in Utica to place a shamrock at the resting place of the inaugural grand marshal: John C. Devereux, who is also recognized as one of the City's founding fathers. Clowns, floats and marchers line the street during the 2024 Utica St. Patrick’s Day parade on Saturday, March 16.
