It starts on March 16, 2024 at 10:30 AM on 5th Ave & Laurel Street, makes its way up 5th Avenue, then turns right on Upas Street, right on 6th Ave and follows 6th Ave along Balboa Park to Juniper. Join us in our “all-ages” combined festival and beer garden area located at 6th and Laurel before and after the parade. Festival area entry is $10 for adults 21 and over. Entry is free for under 21 and active duty military with ID. The Irish Congress of Southern California event organizers reserve the right to refuse entrance to anyone.
