Celebrating the Best Ever since 1908. In 1908, a tradition was born: the annual St. Pat’s celebration at Missouri University of Science and Technology of Rolla. Each year, the celebration becomes the Best Ever through the continued efforts of the students and faculty of Missouri S&T, the city of Rolla, St. Pat’s Board, and its’ associates. Get ready for the BEST EVER St. Pat’s Parade on March 15 at 11 AM in downtown Rolla! Don’t miss this unforgettable St. Pat’s Celebration as the town turns green and comes alive with unique, exciting floats making their way through the heart of downtown. The campus celebrations began in 1908, when a group of Rolla students declared a holiday on St. Patrick’s Day to celebrate the patron saint of engineers. St. Pat’s has since grown to encompass a full week of events sponsored by the St. Pat’s Board at S&T, as well as campus traditions that begin in early March. Entry and payment are due prior to being placed in the parade lineup. Online parade entries are due by Feb, 7, 2024, and entrance fees are due by Feb. 14, 2024.
