St. Patrick's Day 2025 Events & Parades in Patchogue This year’s Patchogue St. Patrick’s Day parade will take place a week later than originally scheduled. The Village Board of Trustees on Monday voted to change the date for the parade and for the May the Road Rise Up to Meet Ye 2-mile run/walk to Sunday, March 23. Both had originally been scheduled to take place on Sunday, March 16. On St. Patrick’s Day, you can check out the Patchogue Village’s Annual Parade. The parade starts at the intersection of East Main Street and Route 112 and heads west. 12 p.m. March 23.
