Mid and East Antrim Borough Council is advising residents of arrangements for bin collections, as well as household recycling centre (HRC) and toilet closures over the St Patrick’s Day, Easter and May Bank Holiday periods. Mid and East Antrim Borough Council would like to advise residents that it will be normal collections for bins on the St. Patrick’s Day Bank Holiday (18 March), Easter Monday and Tuesday (1 and 2 April), and May Bank Holidays (6 and 27 May), with the below exception: Mid and East Antrim Borough Council struck the annual rate for 2025/26 agreeing an increase of 3.99% for both domestic and non-domestic properties.
