Proceeds from the Race benefit St. Patrick Celebrations, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization which produces the Baltimore St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and will be used to help to defray the costs of the Parade. Kelly Benefits St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock 5K is a traditional run through downtown Baltimore. The overall winners are determined by gun time and the age group winners are determined by chip time.
