The Metropolitan St. Patrick’s Day Parade In St. Louis, Inc. (the “Parade”) is a Missouri nonprofit corporation that is a tax-exempt, publicly-supported public charity qualified as such under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, gifts to which are deductible as charitable contributions.
