The Metropolitan St. Patrick’s Day Parade In St. Louis, Inc. (the “Parade”) is a Missouri nonprofit corporation that is a tax-exempt, publicly-supported public charity qualified as such under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, gifts to which are deductible as charitable contributions. The 47th annual St. Patrick’s Day Run in downtown St. Louis welcomes over 5,000 runners in the morning for a 3K or 5-mile run, while continuously raising money for local charities.
