Comprised of Irish heritage, wonderful marching bands, traditional dancers, and elaborate floats, people come to Savannah from all over the world to participate in our local parade! On behalf of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee, we would like to welcome you to the 201st anniversary of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Savannah, Georgia. The Irish Catholic community in Savannah have and continue to celebrate the feast of St. Patrick, the Patron Saint of Ireland since 1824. The St. Patrick’s Day Parade, hosted on March 17, 2025, is what many consider to be the quintessential Savannah St. Patrick’s Day experience.Featuring area service members, and marching bands from all over the United States, the parade line-up is jam-packed with delightful entertainment.
