Utica, NY – January 25, 2025 – The Utica St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee is thrilled to announce that Thomas Douglas Powers, Jr. has been named the Grand Marshal for the 2025 Utica St. Patrick’s Day Parade. La Salle’s event will begin at 1 p.m. with staging beginning at 11 a.m. in the Knights of Columbus parking lot on Second Street.
