Each year, more than 5,000 participants take part in the 5-mile Run or the 3K Shuffle on the streets of downtown and midtown St. Louis before the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The event has raised tens of thousands for St. Louis area charities over the past 46 Runs, thanks to the support of our sponsors and thousands of runners like you! Before the parade, the 47th Michelob Ultra Saint Patrick’s Day five-mile run and 3K shuffle will start at 9 a.m. Participants can travel through scenic downtown and mid-town on the parade route. “It’s a fantastic St. Louis run,” said Jim Crowe, chairman of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Run. The Metropolitan St. Patrick’s Day Parade In St. Louis, Inc. (the “Parade”) is a Missouri nonprofit corporation that is a tax-exempt, publicly-supported public charity qualified as such under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, gifts to which are deductible as charitable contributions.
