Festivities start at 10:00am with the Indianapolis Public Safety Foundation (IPSF) Parade Tent and Block Party downtown. The family-friendly parade is made up of Irish-themed floats and helium balloons, marching bands, music, Irish dancers, catholic schools, Irish organizations, local companies and non-profits with St. Patrick’s Day themes. Tent Party (March 14, 2025) The Tent Party is a free, family-friendly event held on the day of the St. Patrick's Day Parade, Friday, March 14, from 9 am to 3 pm. Located on North Street near the parade starting line at North and Pennsylvania, the event transforms the area into a vibrant celebration, complete with food trucks and a beer garden, as the street is closed to traffic for the occasion.
