Held every March, the RunEC Foundation celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with its Annual Half Marathon & 5K Run in downtown El Cajon. The goal is to generate new revenue for local human resources and East County charities, while also highlighting beautiful Downtown El Cajon. The latest event raised over $19,000. Some of the event highlights include: The ultimate St. Patrick's Day Competition and Fun!
