2025 St. Paddy’s Day Half Marathon, 10K & 5K The half marathon is a gorgeous out-and-back course starting in downtown Tacoma , with a few rolling hills to keep those legs awake and working. You’ll run along the waterfront until it connects to the Ruston Way Path , where you’ll head towards the Point Ruston Waterwalk and Tacoma’s Dune Join the Washington County Parks and Recreation Department and the City of Hagerstown in supporting the Washington County Community Free Clinic on March 15th at the Saint Patrick's Day Run Fest.
