The Topeka St. Patrick's Day parade will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in downtown Topeka. The parade route will begin at S. Vehicles parked along the parade route will be towed at the owner’s expense. Despite the road closures, downtown businesses will remain open for pedestrian access.
