The parade starts at the intersection of East Main Street and Route 112 and heads west with the viewing stand located at the intersection of Havens Ave and West Main. Join the town on March 9 at 2pm, listen to the music of dozens of talented pipe bands, and revel in all things Irish heritage. The 69th annual Newport St. Patrick's Day parade will take place on Saturday at 11 a.m. Free ride share vouchers will be available to prevent impaired driving. Family-friendly events will be held throughout the day, including a show at 1 Pelham St. and a celebration at Martin Recreation Center.
