From the lively streets of Blanchardstown to the charming coastal town of Skerries, each parade offers a unique celebration of Irish culture, music, and community spirit. St. Patrick’s Parish, Skerries is now taking online enrolment for First Holy Communion & Confirmation. Please use our online enrolment system to enrol your child for these sacraments. 1st Communion Confirmation Everything St Patrick's Day parade will begin at 12pm midday. Skerries. Deanery: Fingal North The oldest tradition we have in Skerries concerns St. Patrick as it is only natural it should, but it reflects no credit on the Skerries people of that day for it states that when St. Patrick landed here the Skerries folk stole his goat, killed it and ate it.
