This cherished tradition invites residents and visitors alike to join in the festivities and celebrate Irish heritage in the heart of the city. Parade Details. Date & Time: Saturday, March 15, 2025. The parade kicks off Help turn Downtown Sioux Falls GREEN at the 45th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade! The parade starts at 2 p.m. in downtown Sioux Falls and runs along Phillips Avenue from 13th Street to 5th Street. Phillips Avenue will be closed to vehicle traffic late Saturday morning. The events will begin at 11 a.m. with the painting of the shamrock at 9th Street and N. Phillips Avenue.
