A carnival parade will be the centre of celebrations in Newry on Monday 17 March. Led by St Patrick himself, the parade will offer a feast for eyes and ears as swirling dancers, community floats and costumed characters entertain the crowds. An array of immersive entertainment will also be on offer in a number of locations within the City Centre from 12pm-4pm, with on-street performances St. Patrick’s Day events at Newry and Mourne Museum. 10am until 11am there will be a Jumping Clay arts and crafts workshop.
