There are many holidays that college kids love to get drunk for, and St. Patrick’s Day is up there for the best excuse to drink something like Goldschlager. For this St. Patricks Day, I gathered a few of my friends to try out these cinnamon Goldschlager (43.5% alcohol/vol) jello shots. They were more than happy to be my test subjects. March 17 is St. Patrick’s Day. Pot O Gold is also called Leprechauns Gold or Irish Gold Shot. Pot ‘O Gold. 1/2 ounce Irish Cream. 1/2 ounce Goldschlager. Place Irish Cream in bottom of shot glass. Float Goldschlager on top by slowly pouring over back of bar spoon. Pot ‘O Gold is also called Leprechaun’s Gold & Irish Gold. St. Patrick’s Day is a convivial holiday celebrating the Irish saint.
