Ray Drive to 8th St) Get ready to paint the town green and celebrate Irish culture at the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Des Moines, presented by the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick of Central Iowa! Join us for the biggest St. Patrick's Day celebration in Des Moines on Monday, March 17, 12:00 – 5:00pm. The parade will take place downtown Des Moines (down Grand Avenue from from Robert D. Ray Drive to 8th Street), with an after party & raffle drawing at the downtown Marriott Hotel. Get ready to paint the town green and celebrate Irish culture at the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade Enjoy hot chocolate and a performance from the Foy School of Traditional Irish Dance at Central Library after the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Des Moines.
