People flock to downtown Buffalo for St. Patrick's Day parade. All in attendance had the same goal of celebrating the fifth-largest Irish community in the country that dates back 200 years. The 2025 Saint Patrick’s Day Parade is dedicated to the memory of Janet O’Sullivan. Born in Lennoxtown, Scotland she came to Buffalo at the age of 21. She married Patrick O’Sullivan and raised her family in South Buffalo.
