The bar is still very packed on the weekends, with people from all walks of life. It use to be very much a dive bar, but has slowly turned into a hipster spot. The Bearded Goat is a favorite downtown Greensboro bar, known for its friendly staff, great daily drink specials, and welcoming atmosphere. Dogs are allowed inside, and the bar offers a wide selection of drinks, including Miller High Life for just $1.00. The bar tenders are great, and the atmosphere is chill, with good music and occasional DJs.
