Agendas & Minutes 26th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade Parade Day begins with 9am Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church The parade kicks off at 12 noon from the intersection of Mamaroneck Avenue and Old Mamaroneck Road. The parade continues down Mamaroneck Avenue to Main Street where it makes a right-hand turn and passes in front of City Hall. Cardinal Dolan marches in to the February 27 installation with Special Aide, Davide Walsh, age 93, who was born in Ballina, Ireland.
