This year’s parade includes over fifty entries making it the largest St. Patrick’s Parade participation we have seen in recent years. This annual FREE community event features a parade over 40 festival floats and the Celtic Fair & Street Party fill the streets below Skypoint with the scent of street food and the festive sound of music, cloggers, bag-pipers. The first parade to take advantage of the new route is the St. Patrick's Day parade scheduled for March 14. With the crowd pressing tighter, Billings' 2024 St. Patrick's Day Parade started rolling just after 11 AM. It was led by a Billings Police Department SUV, followed by the presentation of the Colors. The Downtown Billings Association says: Dogs and cats are not allowed within the footprint of organized public events, including, but not limited to, outdoor concerts, markets, shows, programs, exhibits, assemblies, festivals, carnivals, fairs, etc. Billings Montana City Code: Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 4-407. This year’s celebration will include the St. Patrick’s Day Parade that kicks off at 11:00am and the 10:00am to 3:00pm Celtic Fair and Street party.
