Belfast is fantastic in the city for St Patricks, some eggs will ruin the fun but overall its a fantastic day out, everywhere from my experience, the bars, the cafes etc all have a great atmosphere.Obviously with all cities, the bars WILL be packed, so, depending on where you go, id get a carryout and go somewhere with your mates.
